I am disgusted and disappointed by the manner in which the race for the leadership of the PNCR is heading. They are alot of members in the PNCR who doesn’t care a damn for the grassroots supporters.Seems like some of the old time corrupted and selfish old time duttie dags are only thinking of self and not for the interest of the poor and disfranchised grassroot supporters. These demons are riddled by nepositsm and cronyism and the party interest takes second place. These greedy oxymoron oxygen thieves would prefer the party to bleed to death rather than working for the common interest of the party. They are extremely selfish and disrespectful to both the party and it’s members.Rather than them putting up a united front to tackle the difficulties ahead they are jockeying for power. The only people who would benefit from this internal in fighting is going to weaken the party even further and the winner is going to be the pppc. This primitive and selfish behaviour by these dinasours would set the party back for many a years. Has a concerned Guyanese who is watching this disgusting behaviour I would suggest that you guys come together thus presenting a united front and stop this nonsense. Mr Norton is the popular choice of the people therefore by all logics and common sense Mr Aubrey Norton should unquestionable be the leader of the party by popular demand and Harmon and van West working from behind the scenes to prepare the party for the next election. It doesn’t really matter who leads the party but since Mr Norton is the people’s choice and had the support of the grassroots supporters I believe the wisest thing would be for him to lead the party. This nonsense must stop immediately Mr Harmon doe’s have a role to play so does the many other contenders. Because so much is at stake I would suggest that you people put Mr Norton in front because he is the people’s choice and work him in order to give the grassroots supporters hope something which has eluded them. These spineless selfish non caring dinasours fighting for power but they know not Jah hour. Mr Aubrey Norton for leadership role because he is relative to space and time.

Jagdeo/Ali are corrupt so are Granger/Harmon. These leaders selfishly sold out Guyana’s oil wealth to ExxonMobil. Harmon doesn’t have the integrity to lead the PNCR. Harmon/Granger sold out their supporters to FRAUDULENT votes at the March elections for 30 pieces of silver. HARMON IS UNFIT TO LEAD! Harmon/Granger gave up power to the fraudulent PPPC government and Sarah Lynch, they refused to fight the PPPC atrocities such as mass dismissals and murder committed on their supporters, they live kings while their supporters suffer. Harmon/Granger should be banished for life from the PNCR. IMAGINE HARMON/GRANGER FIGHTING THEIR OWN PEOPLE TOOTH AND NAIL FOR LEADERSHIP BUT THEY SELFISHLY REFUSED TO FIGHT THE PPPC FRAUDULENT VOTES. THEY ARE PPPC PUPPETS AND HOUSE SLAVES! Harmon/Granger are on the take from the corrupt PPPC government, if they lead the PNCR our supporters and their children will be second class citizens in Guyana.

PPP DOLING OUT STATE RESOURCES TO ITS SUPPORT BASE, DEPRIVES THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF SALARY INCREASES – CLEAR RACISM. The Ali/PPP installed regime is distributing the state’s resources to PPP members and enriching the PPP elite, friends and families while starving the Public Service, the Guyana Defence Force and the Guyana Police Force of resources. Clearly the regime’s approach is racist and politically discriminatory. Guyana would be a nice place if it had a government that distributes state resources in a just and fair way. The reality is, Guyana is governed by an installed PPP regime that practices racism and political discrimination and therefore the allocation of state resources is unfair and unjust. In a recent meeting, the Ministry of agriculture was ordered to double the money for flood relief so that the PPP racist regime can distribute it to Party activists and to pay severance to sugar workers. It should be noted that the regime needs more money to distribute since they are facing the backlash from excluding people who had genuine cases to benefit from flood relief but did not because of PPP corruption, incompetence, cronyism and racial and political discrimination. Clearly the installed regime”s aim is to empower PPP activists and the PPP support base while impoverishing the rest of the Guyanese population. While the PPP support base is benefitting significantly from so called flood relief, the public service, inclusive of the Guyana Police Force and the Guyana Defence Force is deliberately deprived of salary increases. The intention is economic oppression with the aim of domination and control. This policy will fail. The regime has given no salary increase to the Public Service since being installed. What is worse, is that the 77 % increase that public servants gained under the APNU+AFC has been eaten away by the high cost of living which is a direct result of PPP incompetence. While the regime refuses to increase salaries of public servants, inclusive of the Joint Services , it is barefaced in the use of the said Guyana Police Force to repress and oppress the people of Guyana, especially Afro Guyanese and Indo and Indigenous Guyanese who are perceived to be APNU+AFC. We urge the members of the GPF to realize that they are being used against their own interest. The Guyana Police Force needs to recognize that they are being used as a tool to repress our people, given token bonus payments while millions of real dollars ( not token bonuses) are given to PPP cronies This is open racism and political discrimination that has to be challenged by all Guyanese inclusive of those in the Guyana Police Force. Say no to PPP apartheid in Guyana. We need to continue to organise and rally against this corrupt, incompetent and divisive installed regime. Aubrey C. Norton

I am greatly concerned about the coming elections for the leadership of the APNU.
I do hope that the people’s voices are heard loud and clear and they are not stifled by dubious and partizan means.
From the recent events which took place over the last year it is my belief and that of so many party members and observers at home and abroad that Harmon should not be considered as a viable candidate for the leadership role since his creditability is in doubt and is some how questionable. I do not believe that he is not fit for such a position looking at his track records when he was in office as an ally of Mr Granger both who I believe disconnected themselves from party business in its hours of need when they should have been more proactive and informative during the last election and not shunning themselves away from the grassroot supporters which they did with contempt. I know that politics can be a dirty game where integrity, principles and morals have no place especially in some countries not to mention a few but one particular country which comes to mind. They are also a few young up starters (contenders) whom I believe might be in race the for leadership role. It is however my honest opinion that they lack experience, discipline and knowledge of the party history and culture and are not seasoned enough for such an important role especially at this moment in time. It is of paramount importance that the party is not split into factions since such actions would not benefit anyone except others whom I care not to mention. Any selfish and reckless actions of this nature would greatly harm the party for a long time to come. We must put party above characters, and personal ambitions since no one person is above the party like a few were doing not so long ago and we all saw what that led to unity and dialogue within the party is of utmost importance if progress is to be made for the coming elections. We need a radical leader one who is for the people and is loved by the ordinary people and is aware of the culture of the PNC party and was involved in party business for a long time and who knows the story as my aunt would say. At this present time the only and rightful person who I believe tick all of the boxes for party leadership is no other than The Right Honourable Mr Aubrey Norton. He has an history going way back with the party and I believe that he is the right person for the leadership role. I am asking the members of the party to vote for him a person who I trust because has integrity, morals and principles and is liked by the ordinary party supporters. He is a people person one who reaches out to the supporters and this is what we need at this moment in time. So has an ordinary Guyanese citizen I would like us all to endorsed Mr Norton as the next leader of APNU. I do hope that members of the party give him their fullest support and vote for no other than Mr Aubrey Norton and give him the party leadership role since I believe that he has all the necessary skills, qualifications, expertise, experience and great knowledge of party history and culture to make him the leader of the party. I am waiting to hear your comments. Thanks to you all.

Unbelievable! THEY LIE IN YOUR FACE ABOUT BEING VICTIMS OF RACISM AT THE UN OF ALL PLACES. One of the most racist, corrupt, and pathologically lying regime in the world claiming that they are victims of racism. FRAUDULENT ALI, the duncifyer goat he is, doesn’t understand that there are power relations attached to racism. I guess that the graduate of the nonexistent University of Uitvlugt wouldn’t know that. FRAUDULENT ALI, a poor powerless family or community can’t be racist. They just don’t have the means to be racist. Denying Haitians and Nigerians free access to Guyana is racist.
To set the record straight FRAUDULENT ALI, your government’s record of extra judicial killings of hundreds of African Guyanese is racist. The impunity and lack of accountability of such actions are racist. The economic discrimination, where blacks businesses are denied contracts and disrupted by unreasonable searches and seizures, a normal feature of your government’s policy, is racist. Black businesses number about ten percent of all businesses in Guyana, yet two black businessmen have been unjustly killed during the year, one of them was shot while he was sleeping. That is discriminatory treatment or racism pure and text book simple.
Dismissing over two thousands black public servants without due process is racist. Denying people the right to earn a living in the country of their birth is racist. Having the procurement process rigged so that only your friends, family, and supporters win bids is racist.
FRAUDULENTLY elected Ali, your government policy of judicial Apartheid is racist. Money laundering is rampant in Guyana. Large scale drug trafficking is rampant in Guyana. Yet no one has ever been charged by your racist government. The people who are mostly before the courts are usually PNCR supporters who have to fight against all kinds of filmsy charges that your racist government brings against them.
Don’t forget also that you came to power with over 100,000 fraudulent votes. I don’t expect that you will charge the cheaters who put you in power, but GOSH STOP LYING IN OUR FACES ABOUT BEING THE VICTIM OF RACISM WHEN YOUR GOVERNMENT IS ONE OF THE MOST CORRUPT AND RACIST REGIMES IN THE WORLD.

THE PPP MUST END ITS RACIAL AND POLITICAL DISCRIMINATION ON THIS THE INAUGURAL INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT

It is with optimism I welcome the United Nations declaration of 31st August 2021 as the Inaugural International Day of People of African Descent (IDPAD).

This is a day that will be used to highlight the achievements and struggles of the people of African descent all over the world.

In Guyana, the IDPAD takes on added significance since it comes at a time when the installed Ali/PPP regime is openly practicing racism against Guyanese of African descent.

This opportunity is taken to focus the attention of the international community on the barefaced acts of racism perpetrated and perpetuated on Guyanese of African descent by the PPP regime.

These acts of racism include, but are not limited to, discrimination in land distribution and contacts allocation, Covid 19 “Relief” and Flood Relief distribution, discrimination against African Guyanese dominated Regions that voted for the APNUAFC Coalition, discrimination in employment practices and the firing of thousands of African Guyanese workers from the public service.

This International Day offers the opportunity to bring to the attention of the world the above stated heinous acts of the installed PPP regime.

To this end, a call is being made to the PPP regime to end it’s practice of racism against Guyanese of African Descent and it’s political discrimination against Indigenous and Indo Guyanese who they perceive to be supporters of the APNUAFC.

The Government of the United States is commended for its support for the establishment of the UN Permanent Forum for People of African Descent. People’s of African Descent look forward to its establishment and hope all other nations will give their support.

It is also apposite to note the United States’ commitment to honor “the dignity, equality, and contributions of all people of African Descent in the United States and in communities around the world.” It is hoped that all countries in the world adopt this said approach and match their words with deeds.

It is also pertinent to call on the Government of the United States to replace the serving Ambassador of the US to Guyana,  since she is clearly in collusion with the racist regime in Guyana and is operating in conflict with Secretary Anthony J. Blinken’s call for the US administration to  elevate “racial justice and equity as an immediate priority…”.

Permit me to hail all people of African Descent, especially Guyanese of African Descent on this special and new day – the Inaugural International Day of People of African Descent.

A high-level whistleblower from within the health sector has revealed deeply troubling details about the extent to which care for critically ill patients has deteriorated at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC) as a result of the PPP regime’s decision to lockout unvaccinated doctors and nurses.

The situation has now reached a crisis stage the whistleblower revealed and several doctors, in particular, have expressed their frustration privately.

The doctor, who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of being victimized has made it clear that Minister of Health Dr. Frank Anthony has lied to the public about the severity of the impact on patient care at the GPHC.

The doctor said that there is an extreme shortage of nurses at the country’s leading hospital which has led to some junior doctors being asked to function as nurses. Several doctors have refused and have demanded that the locked-out nurses be allowed to return to work.

The whistleblower revealed that patients are severely affected to the extent that they are being left in their own feces on the ward as no one is cleaning them. Many patients’ vital signs and random blood sugar readings are also not being taken.

Reports circulating on social media indicate that one patient fell off a bed and subsequently died after not being attended to. The daughter of the victim posted the report to Facebook.

The high-level confidential source also related that the workload of the vaccinated staff at GPHC who are on duty has increased exponentially and many are suffering from extreme fatigue and burnout. They are required to work double and triple shifts and sometimes 24 and as many as 48 hours straight without rest.

The whistleblower asserted that the ongoing policy of locking out unvaccinated workers has failed as it has put a huge strain on the delivery of health care and patients are suffering in dire straits. It is understood that several health care workers are contemplating formally writing to Dr. Anthony and appealing to him to change course to allow for the restoration of good order in the delivery of health care at GPHC.
